Orders ship within **1–3 business days** of purchase. **Where we ship:** We currently ship within the United States only. **Rates:** Standard shipping is a flat $8 via USPS Ground Advantage. Orders of $75 or more ship free. **Delivery time:** USPS Ground Advantage usually arrives within 2–5 business days after your order ships. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way. **Lost or delayed packages:** If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7 days, reach out and we’ll help track it down. **Addresses:** Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’re happy to send it again, but the new shipping cost will be the buyer’s responsibility. ## Returns If a piece isn’t right for you, you can request a return within **14 days of delivery**. - Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. - Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and original shipping costs are not refunded. - Once your return arrives and is checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. **Earrings are final sale.** For hygiene reasons, earrings can’t be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or we sent the wrong item. ## Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. This applies to earrings too. ## A Note on Handmade Pieces Because each piece is made by hand, small variations in color, shape, and finish are part of its character and aren’t considered defects. ## Questions?
