Welcome to Whisperfern. By browsing whisperfern.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them short and plain.

## Our handmade pieces

Every piece is made by hand in small batches, so small differences in color, shape, size, and finish are natural and part of its character. We photograph our work as accurately as we can, but colors may look slightly different on different screens.

## Spiritual and symbolic descriptions

Some of our pieces are inspired by folklore, nature, and spiritual traditions, and our descriptions may mention symbolic or metaphysical meanings. These are shared for inspiration and personal enjoyment. They are not promises of any particular outcome and are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

## Safety

Jewelry contains small parts and is not suitable for young children. Please keep pieces away from little ones and pets. If you have metal sensitivities, check the materials listed for each piece before buying.

## Prices and orders

Prices are listed in US dollars. We work hard to keep listings accurate, but if a price or product detail is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. We may also cancel an order if an item turns out to be unavailable, and you’ll be refunded in full.

## Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

## Our designs and content

Our designs, photos, logo, and written content belong to Whisperfern. Please don’t copy, resell, or reuse them without permission. Sharing our posts and linking to our shop is always welcome.

## Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Whisperfern’s responsibility for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed, and the version posted when you order is the one that applies to that order.
