Shipping
Every Whisperfern piece is made, checked, and packed by hand. Orders ship within 1–3 business days of purchase.
Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States only.
Rates: Standard shipping is a flat $8 via USPS Ground Advantage. Orders of $75 or more ship free.
Delivery time: USPS Ground Advantage usually arrives within 2–5 business days after your order ships. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way.
Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7 days, reach out and we’ll help track it down.
Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’re happy to send it again, but the new shipping cost will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns
If a piece isn’t right for you, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and original shipping costs are not refunded.
- Once your return arrives and is checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Earrings are final sale. For hygiene reasons, earrings can’t be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or we sent the wrong item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping. This applies to earrings too.
A Note on Handmade Pieces
Because each piece is made by hand, small variations in color, shape, and finish are part of its character and aren’t considered defects.
